After dropping a budget Balenciaga Speed Trainer just over a week ago, ZARA is back with another lookalike product. The yellow T-shirt, which is retailing at just under $20, features graphic text that reads “New York” with the phrase “Glossier You 1960” underneath it in smaller writing.

If you’re not up to date with the world of cosmetics, Glossier You is also the name of a recently launched perfume by the insanely popular New York makeup and skincare brand Glossier. As The Fashion Law has pointed out, Glossier are known for their product names — things like “Boy Brow,” “Cloud Paint” and now, “Glossier You,” all of which are legally trademarked.

The trademark, which covers “perfumes, colognes, fragrances, eau de toilette, parfum and scented body spray,” doesn’t include clothing. However, according to The Fashion Law, ZARA could still be in legal trouble if Glossier argued that consumers are led to believe that the tee is an official collaboration between the two companies, which wouldn’t be that much of a stretch considering Glossier has actually released its own merch.
