About this time last year we caught a glimpse of “Red: A Kubrick Supercut” that took a closer look at Stanley Kubrick’s use of the color red. Now expanding on the color wheel, a new video has been released that showcases Kubrick’s intricate use of vibrant shades throughout his films.
Starting with the classic red hue that we know and love from his films, the palette extends to blue and yellow, through to orange, pink, purple and green. Ending on a monochromatic note, this latest supercut features snippets from some Kubrick classics including The Shining, Full Metal Jacket, A Clockwork Orange and more.
