For its latest drink, Starbucks has combined two things no one ever asked to be brought together — beef jerky and coffee.

Called the Pepper Nitro with a Jerky Twist, the new drink takes Starbucks’ nitro cold brew, infuses it with a “sweet and savory malted fennel black pepper syrup” before adding a layer of honey foam with cracked pink peppercorns on top. Finally, the drink is topped off with a bamboo skewer of “gourmet” beef jerky from grass-fed beef.

Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on your thoughts on beef jerky) the drink will only be available for a limited time at Starbucks’ Seattle Roastery, so you won’t be able to try it at your local store.
