Mighty Audio finally has a solution for two of the biggest problems when streaming music: battery drain and the bulkiness of your device when outside and on the go.
Having successfully crowdfunded a Spotify-dedicated music player, the company has now released Mighty. The audio device is clip-on, waterproof, drop-resistant and packs around five hours of battery life. But best of all, it frees you up to use your phone for more important things.
Mighty syncs wirelessly with your Spotify account and has 8GB of space, enough for around 1,000 songs. Currently without a shuffle function, users use “VoiceOver” to navigate different playlists.
With tech companies attempting to consolidate everything on one device, Mighty, essentially a “Spotify-iPod,” goes against the grain in an attempt to make streaming on the go hassle-free.
Available in black, white or orange, and priced at $80 USD, Mighty is available on Mashable’s webstore.
In other news, Amazon dropped dope new tech for under $150 USD.
