Before this year's Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Paris, Angels Adriana Lima, Lily Aldridge and Taylor Hill, among others, let the world in on their routines prior to hitting the runway. In short, it's not exactly what you'd expect.

Lima can be seen psyching herself up in the mirror, while Aldridge wheels herself down the catwalk on an office stool, and the rest of the ladies — well — they're much more light-hearted and all-around goofy than you'd assume.
