The workwear label has partnered with the sunglasses brand of Sweden-based retailer/label Très Bien – whose recent solo collection includes blue, green, and cola colored acetate frames – on three classic eyewear silhouettes. Named the Shane, Juliette, and Jean, the collaboration brings Carhartt WIP aesthetics to a classic acetate frame, a retro, cat-eye shape, and a ’70s inspired wire silhouette respectively.
Each of the new shades comes with 100% UV protection and a seven bar hinge with two visible rivets on the temple. What’s more, the accompanying campaign (above) for the shades was shot in New York City by photographer Peter Sutherland.
Coming in at between $159 and $189, the kicks are sure to give classic shades brands a run for their money in the warmer months ahead, available at select Carhartt WIP stocklists such as Slam Jam Socialism from March 28.
