The New York designer’s spin on the Italian luxury outerwear brand comes after his stint at Helmut Lang, reinterpreting the established offering of Colmar A.G.E. to spearhead experimentation and product innovation. The result was exaggerated, uber-modern grails that were an instant hit with the fashion elite.
Using fluorescent colors and extremely fashion-forward fits, the line is made up of cold-weather pieces that are both eye-catching and versatile (many are reversible and convertible). But the designs aren’t only at home on wavy high fashion runways — the collection is also at the top end of technically-accomplished performance wear, primed to be super functional in harsh alpine environments.
Needless to say, despite its designer price tag (between $640 and $3,125), the collection was also an instant hit at Highsnobiety HQ. Below, we’ve highlighted all our favorite pieces from the range, from the down-filled Shayne coat to the space-age Tyvek Concept coat in black with its rose pink and lime accents.
