Price: HK$2,599 (approximately $330)

Buy: COMME des GARÇONS Hong Kong store and DSMNY (in-store only)

Editor’s Notes: COMME des GARÇONS HOMME Plus and Nike have officially unveiled their Air Presto Foot Tent collaboration, which was first teased during Paris Fashion Week SS19.

The collaborative sneaker made its debut in Hong Kong this past weekend, and availability at other CDG stockists worldwide, like DSMNY, begins today.

Interestingly, COMME des GARÇONS’ Rei Kawakubo and her team have decided to put their own spin on one of sneaker design legend Tinker Hatfield’s biggest flops, the Presto Foot Tent. The Foot Tent was released in 2002. The idea was that most of the shoe wouldn’t touch the wearer’s foot, allowing for optimum breathability.

Now COMME des GARÇONS HOMME Plus has brought the silhouette back in two distinct colorways, which can be checked out in detail above.
