Key Piece: “Save your Face” Suicide Prevention T-Shirt
Editor’s Notes: It’s no mistake that the Grateful Dead merch became a streetwear obsession, and Oregon-based label Dead Bootleg further solidifies the fact by unveiling a special tee to promote suicide awareness.
This past weekend, November 17 marked National Suicide Survivor Day as we remembered those who have committed suicide. The featured T-shirt is defined by a clean white composition with contrasting purple text and the signature Grateful Dead “steal your face” skull graphic, this time highlighting a message for suicide prevention.
100 percent of all proceeds from the sale of the shirts will be donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. For more information, view the posts below. The tee retails for $10 and can be purchased here.
