Editor’s Notes: First spotted on the feet of A$AP Rocky in July, 2017, the Dior Homme runners later appeared on the Instagram of Dior Homme’s artistic director Kris Van Assche.

While the bulky style certainly channels the predominantly chunky aesthetic purveyed by Balenciaga, Gucci, and others, Dior Homme’s variation is a more modest take, evoking an orthopaedic ’90s aesthetic without reaching the point of absurdity.

A range of colorways are set to release, all featuring mixed neon, red, white, and black colorways.

Earlier in October 2017, Dior Homme also unveiled a knitted, high-top sock-sneaker in a range of colorways.
