Following a five-year hiatus, Freddie Gibbs and Madlib recently dropped their long-anticipated collaborative album Bandana. The record, which succeeded their 2014 project Piñata, saw a worldwide release on June 28 and has since received praise from critics and fans alike.
Featuring collaborations from the likes of Pusha-T and Anderson .Paak, Gibbs and Madlib’s latest project proves that the duo has still got it, with standout tracks such as “Flat Tummy Tea,” “Crime Pays,” and “Palmolive.” If you’ve had your eyes on a vinyl edition of Bandana, Berlin-based retailer HHV is giving fans the chance to cop a special white vinyl edition of the album.
Limited to just 1,000 copies, this special edition arrives with a white-colored vinyl pressing, along with the album’s artwork by Jeff Jank (the same illustrator behind most works of Madlib, Quasimoto, J Dilla, and more). Now available for pre-order exclusively at HHV, Bandana‘s white vinyl edition can be yours for just $24, with shipment expected by August 23.
