This week in Friday Feuds, the Aussie rapper trouble seems to follow gets sued. Queen Barb has a run-in with her former prince, and Harlem's mouthiest export gets read by a 14-year-old before being banned from social media. Plus, a Murder Inc remanent doesn't take kindly to beer showers while two Southern emcees engage in the battle of the crews, and much more...

Young Thug vs. WeThePlugg

Thugger Thugger is a busy guy but that's not stopping online merchandiser WeThePlugg from holding him accountable for not holding up his end of a bargain. According to a lawsuit filed in Georgia, Thug was paid $5000 to take part in a site-wide contest that promised entrants the opportunity to win a feature from the rapper. They also agreed to pay Thug an additional $10,000 after he'd recorded the track. Now that the contest has closed, Thug has shirked on providing a verse, leading the company to sue for $14,500 -- the price of the down payment plus damages.

Azealia Banks vs. Skai Jackson, Zayn Malik & The Internet

As commenters have pointed out, Azealia Banks has made it into a disproportionate amount of our Friday Feuds coverage. Fear not, after the mother of all Twitter wars took place this week, she's been suspended from the platform so you can expect to see her sitting out of any upcoming battles.

Things started innocently enough when Banks posted the below Instagram juxtaposing some of her visuals with One Direction crooner Zayn Malik. AB then went on to point out the similarities before calling Malik a "cutie"...

When Malik caught wind of the claims he posted the following tweets, sparking Banks's tirade...

Banks took to Twitter to respond in a series of now-deleted tweets that included several racist comments regarding Malik's Pakistani background...

"Token sand n***a pout: 'I was the least celebrated in the white boy group because I'm brown'...'Trying to make myself known but I'm still known as the token sand n***a from 1D'...LOL @ZAYNMALIK IS A FAGGOT,"

Before long Disney star Skai Jackson, aka #PettyMeme2016 came through with the clapback heard worldwide...

Things only got worse when Banks turned her attention to the UK music scene, effectively insulting a large swathe of non-American hip-hop artists...

Iggy Azalea vs. Jon Jon Traxx

This week the other Azalea also found herself in a spot of trouble after Grammy award-winning producer Jon Jon Traxx decided a lawsuit would suit her just fine. According to Traxx, he was instrumental in helping Azalea's early career pop. He claims to have made important introductions and even tapped into his own resources to help her visibility. Traxx also claims they had an agreement that Azalea would compensate him even after she'd signed to Def Jam. She never did so he's asking for $1.5 million in damages...

Nicki Minaj vs. Safaree Samuels

Breakups are never easy. Case in point: Nicki Minaj and Safaree Samuels. Although Nic-Mill is officially a thing, it seems like the post-split malevolence is still lingering for Minaj and Samuels. According to her, despite having no interest in him, Samuels refuses to leave her in peace.

In addition to that, Minaj claims his jealousy about her happiness has caused him to try to wreak legal havoc on her...

Ja Rule vs. Fan

During a recent performance in Atlantic City former Murder Inc rapper Ja Rule had to regulate a fan. The fan in question made the mistake of throwing a beer can while Rule was performing. The rapper responded by stopping the show and offering the audience an $1000 reward if they snitched. It worked and Rule promptly put paws on the guilty party...

Kevin Gates's Crew vs. Boosie Badazz's Crew

This week while performing in Louisville Kentucky the entourages of Kevin Gates and Boosie Badazz became involved in a pretty large melee. According to XXL the fight may have been linked to a disagreement dating as far back as 2009 when an affiliate of Gates was murdered and Boosie was fingered as the man who ordered the hit. Although Boosie was cleared of any charges relating to the incident in 2012, it's not difficult to imagine some ill feelings lingered.

Although there's video it's pretty hard to tell who started what and who fought who...

Rick Ross vs. (Alleged) Gang Members

via GIPHY

Although Rick Ross has rapped about having gang affiliations, a federal indictment of around 50 alleged gang members reveals that the streets may not f**k with the bawse the way he claims. According to the documents, in 2012 Ross received several threats from members of the Gangster Disciples. They were apparently unhappy with Rozay's use of their name and symbol and took to YouTube to let him know that he needed to slide them some schmoney for bringing them up.

Many believe the threats are what led to the cancellation of his Maybach Music Group tour, though at the time Ross blamed bad business on the promoter's end...

Hollow Da Don vs. Murda Mook

Hollow Da Don and Murda Mook are two behemoths of battle rap, and they've turned sights on each other. It kicked off back in March when Mook sat for a video interview with XciledTV. During the exchange he claimed that a battle between him and Hollow was inevitable since their fan bases were so rabidly adamant each was the best battle rapper in the game...

"A lot of mothafuckers feel like he the best nigga, so I have no choice"

Murda Mook

This week Hollow finally got around to responding, lightheartedly dismissing Mook's desire as putting on a show for media rather than being a genuine invitation to battle...

“Ain't Murda Mook battling Drake? That’s what he said, right? Drake’s down to do it. I’ve seen multiple interviews of him saying Drake said he’s down and that they’re talking with it. I wouldn’t want to disturb that, he has such big moves going on … Are we just gonna forget that? Do dudes just get to make up stuff and say they’re battling people and you forget a year later? Who are you actually battling? Or are you just talking about battling? At this point I think Mook is just talking about battling... He went from Drake for six months to a year, then it went to Tsu Surf, another six months. Now it’s me. I’m just calling his repeated behavior. Who are you battling Mook? Figure it out ... You’ve got more interviews than battles. You’re a nut."

No word on if Mook has confirmed a date for any of the battles...
