Gucci's new Cruise 2017 campaign is a celebration of British culture. The project was in turn shot by photographer Glen Luchford at Chatsworth, the home of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire, as the imagery showcases a group of characters in the grounds and interior, surrounded by chickens and dogs. Their punk attitudes are in turn juxtaposed with the stately surroundings, while the styles draw inspiration from late '70s punk youth subculture.
The young punkish characters then appear alongside famed British actress Vanessa Redgrave, portraying an eclectic portrait of the British spirit, marking the start of Gucci’s three-year cultural partnership with Chatsworth.
