Together with DC Shoes and FTP (FUCKTHEPOPULATION), we celebrated the launch of our Spring/Summer 2018 magazine on June 1. Located at NYC's China Chalet, those who attended enjoyed a night of food, drinks, and tons of music.

For issue 16, we asked FTP to grace our cover, and we created a “rest in power” tribute to the departed Chicago drill pioneer Fredo Santana. In honor of the late rapper, all of the proceeds from the accompanying Highsnobiety x FTP Fredo Santana T-shirt sold during the party will go to support Santana’s child.

The night was also filled with nonstop music. DJ’s OUTOFOFFICE, Ase Manual, Softest Hard, and Cvstillo kept the party bumping with lit sets.

The greatest moment, however, was a surprise performance from Chief Keef, who happens to be Fredo's cousin. He had the venue jam packed and the ground shaking (literally!) as he played classic hits including "I Don't Like" and more. He also gave a special shout out to Fredo to close out his set as the crowd collectively mourned and gave their condolences.

In case you missed our launch party or want to relive the epic night, check out the video above recapping the best moments from the night.

While the T-shirt on FTP’s website is currently sold out, you can still cop Highsnobiety Issue 16 featuring FTP's cover at our online store for $14.95 USD.
