Just when you thought ultra-luxury watchmaker Hublot couldn't get any more ostentatious, the label celebrates the 10th anniversary of their gaudy Big Bang watch by unveiling a quartet of diamond-adorned "Haute Joaillerie" iterations costing $1 million each. Limited to just 10 pieces, the watches sport an opulent swathe of 653 baguette diamonds totaling over 40 carats, which have been set using invisible, rail and Clou de Paris techniques. Available in black and white stones, with further blue and red versions boasting baguette sapphires and rubies, over 750 hours of labor is required to produce and set each piece - so at least you know a lot of work has gone into creating these obnoxious contraptions.
