Yesterday iconic New York venue Webster Hall re-opened after nearly two years of renovations. JAY-Z performed a show called "B-Sides 2" to celebrate opening night.

Hov performed a new freestyle, rapping, “Gentrify your own hood, before these people do it / Claim eminent domain and have your people movin’ / That’s a small glimpse into what Nipsey was doing / For anybody that’s still confused as to what he was doing.” He was a staunch supporter of Nipsey Hussle’s entrepreneurialism and of what Rolling Stone called, their “shared vision of empathetic and ethical black capitalism.” Watch the freestyle below.
