New York's Classic Specs has launched a new Artist Collaboration Series in which the brand partners with various creatives to release limited edition sunglasses. The standout from the line comes via graphic artist Jean Jullien, who became well-known during the aftermath of the November Paris terrorist attacks through his "Peace for Paris" illustration. Jullien worked on the "Venom" frames, which feature an orange snake spanning the inner temple.

“I was inspired by the French saying, ‘serpent à lunettes,’ (snake with glasses) which originally designated an Indian cobra," said Jean. "But it is more commonly used to refer to a person with glasses, in a sweet way."

Contemporary artists Tim Lahan and Margherita Urbani have also contributed to the series. Shop the full collection online.
