Justin and Hailey Bieber have just dropped $8.5 million on a new mansion in Beverly Hills, Observer reports. Bieber and his wife Hailey had until now been living in a San Fernando Valley rental costing $100,000 per month.

The couple's new pad measures 6,132 square feet and, despite the mammoth price tag, is relatively reserved in terms of design and decor. Boasting tasteful accents throughout, the house is a mix of Hollywood glamor and laid-back Californian style.

Built in 1932, the place is called "The Tropics" and has been extensively remodeled. It's stacked with cool features such as backlit flooring, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, wood-paneled library, and art deco-style bar.

In total, the house has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and also includes a cinema room, sunken family room, steel-case windows, and white oak flooring.Take a look around via the gallery above.
