Somehow, Loewe always continues to raise the bar.

Jonathan Anderson has spent the past few years building up the Loewe universe, creating whimsical pieces for the label's Fall/Winter 2022 collection like balloon dresses, car-shaped tops, and so on, as well as exploring the unexpected.

And what is truly unexpected is that Loewe's latest campaign star is none other than Anthony Hopkins.

The Silence of the Lambs actor has starred in plenty of movies, won two Oscars, and at 84-years-old, he stars in a fashion campaign for one of the industry's hottest brands.

He's dressed in a colorful T-shirt printed with donuts, as well as a long black coat, trousers, and the label's Flow Runners in a black colorway. Never knew I needed to see Anthony Hopkins in head-to-toe Loewe, but I'm forever grateful now.

In addition to Hopkins, Loewe's pre-fall campaign also features Kaia Gerber, Caroline Polacheck, Josh O’Connor, Hyun Ah, and more.

Loewe has an exceptional track record when it comes to its campaigns, tapping into different realms by casting actors and actresses, as well as athletes, artists, and unexpected talent that perfectly fit into the Loewe world.

Shot by Juergen Teller, the pre-fall campaign is out now, with its pieces expected to arrive in-store and online within the next few months.
