McDonald's Japan has unveiled its latest range of USA-inspired burgers. Dubbed American Deluxe, this year's update of the limited-edition series takes its inspiration from the states of Texas and Idaho.

The Texas Burger 2018 includes a beef patty, fried onions, two slices of bacon, and two slices of melted cheddar sandwiched in a three-stage bun. The burger is finished with a dose of barbecue sauce for that true hit of Lone Star State goodness.

The Idaho Burger 2018 is a slightly more modest affair, with a beef patty, bacon, onion, cheddar sauce, and garlic and black pepper sauce. The sandwich is completed by a hash brown, shouting out Idaho's place as potato country.

McDonald's 2018 American Deluxe series also includes a companion breakfast sandwich for each state, replacing the beef with a pork sausage patty. This year's set follows last year's cheese-laden affair.

Check out the full range of burgers above and then head to McDonald's Japan for more information.

In other news, this white truffle TRUFF hot sauce is almost too good-looking to eat.
