LeBron James is the face of NBA 2K19 20th Anniversary Edition, and on Tuesday, 2K Sports released the first official NBA 2K19 gameplay footage in a new "Take the Crown" trailer.

The one-minute clip above doesn’t reveal many specifics, but it does offer a deeper look at the player models in motion during various game sequences.

With the footage featuring a bumping track from hip-hop artist Jay Rock, the visual also highlights the impressive digital makeup of players like LeBron James, John Wall, Karl-Anthony Towns, Ben Simmons, Kyrie Irving, and others along with their offensive prowess.

The NBA 2K19 Standard Edition is slated to drop on September 11, with the 20th Anniversary Edition featuring LeBron James on the cover arriving four days earlier on September 7.

You can pre-order whichever edition you prefer for the PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC directly on 2K Sports now.

In other video game news, ‘FIFA 19’ features a ‘Battle Royale’-esque survival mode.
