30 years on from Michael Jordan’s incredible 1988 season, in which he won the Slam Dunk Contest with that impossible dunk wearing those Nike Air Jordan 3s, Nike is going above and beyond to commemorate the GOAT’s special achievement.

While both the Air Jordan 3 “White Cement” and the Air Jordan 3 “Black Cement” have already dropped, we’ll soon be seeing the much-anticipated Nike Air Jordan 3 “Tinker.” The third model to release makes use of early sketches of the shoe, which still included Nike’s iconic Swoosh.

We saw a slightly modified version of the sneaker on Justin Timberlake during his Super Bowl halftime show performance back in February and, while this release differs marginally and won’t be as limited, it is an Air Jordan 3 making it well worth your time this weekend.

To help you keep track of all the releases, we’ve put together a quick guide on each of the models. Browse below for details on each sneaker, complete with external buy links.

The White Cement AJ3 celebrates Micheal Jordan’s free throw line dunk during the 1988 Slam Dunk Contest with a translucent sole that features a red stripe to represent the exact place where MJ took flight. The upper is constructed using white leather and red accents on the tongue and lace holes, while cement print covers the mudguard and heel, where the OG Nike Air logo can be seen.

The Air Jordan 3 “Black Cement” features a black tumbled leather upper complete with grey perforated leather accents and cement detailing on the mudguard and heel. The AJ 3 Tinker represents Tinker Hatfield’s original Air Jordan 3 sketch. Key differences are the Nike Swoosh (seen on the lateral side of the silhouette), as well as a dark grey cement pattern, grey mudguard, and red heel cup. The inside of the tongue features Hatfield’s signature.
