While Euro 2024 was getting started in Berlin, paperboy, a sandwich shop that’s established itself for having sought-after clothing and collaborations, was hosting a tournament of its own.

The Parisian sandwich shop is celebrating its tenth anniversary and to mark the occasion it has linked up with the football lifestyle brand F.C.Real Bristol and the Japanese fashion label SOPH. to create a football-inspired capsule collection. And what better way to test the collection than with a kickabout?

Wearing exclusive football shirts from the collection, footballers such as Tiemoué Bakayoko and Thilo Kerher were in attendance for the event as well as the ex-professional footballers David Bellion and Ryan Babel.

The collection includes colorful football shirts worn by the players in the game as well as long-sleeve shirts and a warm-up jacket with more of a retro sensibility.

Already pre-released via the paperboy shop (the black football shirt sold out rapidly) the F.C.Real Bristol x paperboy FOOTBALL PACK is coming to SOPH. shops in Japan and overseas in early August.

We already knew about paperboy’s ability to create great sneakers, its collaborations with the likes of New Balance, British shoemaker Clarks, and Japanese sportswear label ASICS have proven this. But I wasn’t aware that its expertise stretched to football gear.
