You may be used to seeing "Made in India" labels in your clothing, "Made in Turkey" or maybe "Made in Italy," if you're lucky. But "Made in Prison" is probably not often seen - that is until now. Thomas Jacob used to work for high-end French fashion houses, but after visiting ones of the world's most notorious prisons - San Pedro in Lurigancho - he was inspired to start Pietà, a men's clothing project made entirely by convicted felons in Peru. The collection is made using all-natural, organic materials like pima cotton, alpaca and wool, and the clothes follow a range of classic streetwear silhouettes, with graphic logos and paneled T-shirts and hoodies, as well as more traditional knitwear pieces made from luxurious wools.
