Editor’s Notes: size? has joined forces with Vans to rework the California brand's iconic checkerboard pattern. The collaboration finds the retailer warping the print and implementing it on the Era silhouette.

size? looks back to the '60s and '70s as inspiration for this psychedelic iteration of the Vans Era, referencing the energy of music from Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, The Beatles, and The Rolling Stones, for example. The left and right shoes boast contrasting colorways, with the left opting for a pink base with light blue accents, while the right has a predominantly blue upper with pink detailing. In addition to the upper, the warped check print is featured on the footbed and the midsole. Lastly, Vans' signature waffle outsole is showcased in bright yellow to further liven up the pair.

You can look forward to size?'s "Warped Check" Vans Era releasing in men's and women's sizes this Friday, June 7.
