In less than a month, A&E will be premiering what they are referring to as "the most personal and revealing documentary about the late Christopher Wallace that anyone has ever seen." Dubbed The Life of the Notorious B.I.G., the film accounts for the first biography that has been authorized by his estate.

The picture ultimately centers around Biggie's widow, Faith Evans, as she sets out on an emotional journey to reconcile her own turbulent memories. It will also feature interviews from those closest to the rap icon, including his mother Voletta Wallace, close friend Lil Cease, members of Junior Mafia, Sean "Diddy" Combs, JAY-Z and Nas, in addition to Evans.

Lastly, The Life of the Notorious B.I.G., which premieres September 4 on A&E, is set to delve into the people, places and happenings that shaped Biggie the most.
