Editor’s Notes: The North Face and Brain Dead have teamed up on a fierce new collaborative capsule that merges performance wear, street style, and the spirit of adventurers in the 1960s and ’70s.
Inviting Brain Dead to reimagine several classic TNF silhouettes, the result is a nine-piece collection that aims to celebrate California’s hippy movement via various psychedelic graphic prints.
As Brain Dead’s Kyle Ng explains, “with this collaboration we wanted to reimagine the concept of the expedition as more of a state of mind. Adventure through ideas.”
Prices in the capsule range from $49.99 to $499.99 and will drop at Dover Street Market LA later this week, before landing in New York and in Japan on December 4. The global release starts on December 6.
