The first two episodes of Jordan Peele's The Twilight Zone reboot aired yesterday and CBS was kind enough to drop one of the episodes on YouTube for free.

While the entire series will be solely available on subscription-only service CBS All Access, people in licensed countries can watch “The Comedian” without having to sign up or drop any cash.

“The Comedian” is being received by critics as the better of the two initial episodes. It opens with New York stand-up Samir Wassan (Silicon Valley's Kumail Nanjiani) delivering a thought-provoking but ill-received set about the Second Amendment.

Without giving too much away, while nursing his ego at the bar afterward, Wassan strikes up a conversation with his comic idol, JC Wheeler (Tracy Morgan). After advising the failing comic against truth in comedy, the veteran promisesominously, “You will be successful. You will get laughs.”

You'll have to watch the full episode on YouTube to find out at what cost the comic achieves his ambitions and to see Morgan playing things relatively straight.
