Acne Studios is officially in the MIA. On March 6, the Stockholm-based luxury brand opened its first Miami store, located in the heart of the city's bustling Design District.

Imagined by Swedish design studio Halleroed, the two-story retail space embraces the city's tropical vibes but in an understated manner — "tropical softness," as the brand calls it. With a spiraling black granite staircase separating the two floors, light beige decorates the walls while grey tiled flooring provides some stark but tasteful contrast.

Green mannequin fixtures and pink blob sofas designed by Max Lamb echo that tropical softness of the city and its Spring/Summer 2023 men's collection.

To refresh your memory, Acne Studios SS23 saw creative director Jonny Johansson celebrate Acne's 10th anniversary with a "twisted wedding party" filled with satin bridal slippers and all sorts of romantic trims.

Acne Studios kept the love going, hosting a two-day celebration in honor of its new Miami space. On March 22, the brand gathered up some close friends for an intimate dinner at Casa Tua.

As for the next day, refreshing cocktails at the Miami store served as a perfect pregame before the afterparty held at the Acne Studios's wedding chapel installation (fans are welcome to do a drive-by to view it until March 29).

Massive Acne-branded hearts made for perfect photo ops and champagne towers served as tasty refreshments. Meanwhile, DJ Venus X and Kaytranada held it down on the ones and twos for the evening.

Love may have been in the air, but so were the stars, as Emma Chamberlain, Devon Aoki, Taylour Paige, and Mia Khalifa were amongst the star-studded guest list.

With a new storefront and star-studded party at a wedding chapel, Acne Studios has arrived to Miami, baby
