According to case maker ESRApple might be changing up its iPhone names with the new generation.

A report by GSMArena.com suggests that the upcoming iPhone models will ditch the Roman numeral and letters seen on the iPhone X generation and elsewhere, with the new phone returning to standard numbers and switching out markers of basic models such as XR and SE.

As such, the new models will be the basic iPhone 11, progressing to the iPhone 11 Pro, and the highest-end iPhone 11 Pro Max. According to rumors, the iPhone Pro will be the smallest, with a 5.8-inch screen, followed by the iPhone 11 (6.1 inches) and the iPhone 11 Pro Max (6.5 inches), giving the new models the same screen sizes as the current XS, XR, and XS Max respectively.

The three Apple iPhone 11s are rumored to be released on September 20.
