The '80s is generally considered the era in which designer fashion took a stronghold amongst public awareness. Much of that was down to U.S. designer Calvin Klein and the who’s who of models that have fronted his ad campaigns – ranging from the supermodel brigade to emerging Hollywood actors, such as Scarlett Johansson and Mark Wahlberg in his CK briefs. By the midpoint of the decade, Klein had launched another successful brand extension with his range of fragrances, including the now ubiquitous Obsession. The name was apt – it soon became a global hit.
Tapping in to that nostalgia, the label has produced an extremely limited range of T-shirts and sweat tops. Celebrating their 10th anniversary, Dover Street Market London has the exclusive on the T-shirts for £275.
