Editor’s Notes: District Vision and Salomon have teamed up on a technical footwear project culminating in this on-trend Mountain Racer trail running shoe.

The unisex sneaker was tested and developed over a two-year period and, like most things in Salomon S-Lab’s portfolio, doesn’t sacrifice performance for aesthetics.

Salomon, originally a French company and acquired by adidas in 1997, has been at the forefront of the resurgence of trail and hiking-inspired sneakers on runways and in street style sets.

The Mountain Racer is available from today at District Vision’s webstore and a number of retailers worldwide, including SSENSE, Need Supply, Totokaelo, Extra Butter, and Browns London to name a few.
