Drake has officially expanded his estate by purchasing his neighbor's Hidden Hills, California home for nearly $3 million, as referenced in his collaborative track with Future, "Where Ya At," saying “I’ll buy the neighbors house if they complain about the noise.”

The property is located right next door to his sprawling seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom California pad that he bought back in 2012 for $7.7 million.

Aubrey purchased the "new" house back in June of 2015, as the news has just been brought to the surface. The ranch-style residence was built in 1955, located on a one-acre plot and spanning 4,445-square-feet.

A perfect complement to his 7,444-square-foot home next door, the $2.85 million house has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, an open floor plan, hardwood floors, and high ceilings. The estate also boasts multiple fireplaces, a top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen, a spacious front yard, secluded backyard with a swimming pool, and a 800-square-foot guesthouse.
