Drake attended Popcaan‘s "Unruly Fest" at Lyssons Park in Jamaica on Sunday and announced that the Dancehall artist has officially signed to OVO Sound. A fan page dedicated to Drake, @WordOnRd, posted the announcement on Twitter.

"I just want to let everybody know, finally, officially, 2019, Popcaan is signed to OVO," Drake said during the announcement.

Popcaan previously collaborated with Drake on the 2016 single "Controlla," and with the signing, the artist also joins dvsn, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Majid Jordan and others as part of OVO Sound.

Not only did Drake make the surprising announcement, the 6 God also performed a slew of his popular tracks like "Fake Love," "In My Feelings," "God's Plan," "Mob Ties," and even "Controlla," which you can view in the clips below.

Prior to the announcement, Popcaan has also premiered the visual for his single, "Dun Rich" featuring Nigerian artist Davido. The song is taken off Popcaan's most recent album, Forever, which debuted back in July, and the two are seen performing across the streets and landscapes of Lagos, Nigeria. Enjoy the video below.
