evian, Moncler, Not Vital

In celebration of their shared Alpine origins, evian and Moncler have joined forces with Swiss Artist Not Vital to create a new limited edition 15cL glass evian bottle, inspired by the snowflake.

Both evian and Moncler have a deep history not just ingrained in the Alps but also in their creative collaborations. In their own fields, they are key players of the collab. The simplicity and effectiveness of the Moncler Genius program needs no further introduction whilst evian leads the way in h2o collaborations with a series of limited releases from Virgil Abloh already under its belt.

For this limited bottle acclaimed contemporary Swiss artist Not Vital, another devotee to the epicness and grandeur of the Alps has taken on the commission to uplift the classic 75cL glass evian bottle from the supermarket shelf to the design enthusiast shelf. Harking back to the days of his youth spent in the mountains Not Vital has decorated the bottle in forms reminiscent of snowflakes.

Not Vital said of the design, "When Moncler and evian asked me to imagine a design for their collaboration, it took me back to our shared heritage in the snow-capped mountains and my childhood memories of being in the snow - its smell and coziness. My Alpine Mountain origins have been a common theme throughout my work, and I’ve always been inspired by snow and ice. As an artist, I like to explore the relationship between form and materials and have long been making sculptures with white plaster and creating snowballs out of glass and ceramics. Through our collaboration, I have bottled the feeling of being in the snow - inspired by the snowflake." Accompanying Not Vitals art upon the bottle are the logos of both evian and Moncler with “BY NOT VITAL” assigned to the base.
