Dedicated to premium outdoor gear, Japanese brand Goldwin is opening its first European flagship store. Located in the culturally rich city of Munich, the space follows previous openings of Goldwin Marunouchi, Goldwin Harajuku, and Goldwin San Francisco.

Based in the southern part of Germany, the city features traditional architecture and naturistic elements. The perfect blend of old and new, Munich is a diverse blend of historic neo-classical locations and super-modern buildings.

Boasting the 3rd largest population within the country, the busy city is the ideal location for Goldwin’s cutting-edge designs. With a long history of product development and outdoor functionality, Goldwin hopes to inspire people with their precise attention to detail and versatile products. The perfect style catalyst to spur curiosity, the brand's designs lead people to find their own outdoor-led adventures.

With their roots firmly planted in ski and outdoor wear, Goldwin has been around since the 1950s. Their premium seasonal styles such as the GORE-TEX hooded spur down coat and parka, are prime examples of the brand's essential outwear pieces. Loaded with weather-beating details, look no further than their GORE-TEX pro stretch jacket and easy to layer spur light pullover to provide you with seasonal protection.

Seamlessly connecting outdoor and city life, Goldwin combines the technical aspects of apparel with a distinct fashion sensibility.

Goldwin Munich opens on October 16th, stay locked into @goldwin_munich and @goldwin_official for more updates as they come and check out the gallery above to see choice outerwear from the new Goldwin collection.
