For Spring/Summer 2019, Istanbul-based luxury streetwear label LES BENJAMINS draws inspiration from two of our favorite things: basketball and Japan. "Growing up as a kid, I played in two basketball teams and I always wanted to do a collection inspired by basketball," says Bunyamin Aydin, the brand’s founder and creative director. More specifically, Aydin cites B. League, a Japanese basketball league, as a major source of inspiration.

The collection is actually built for wear on and off the courts, and combines elements of sportswear, streetwear, and Japanese workwear. Check out the loobook above, shot in Japan, as well as some of our favorite pieces including the cobalt blue gear, the red crossbody bag, and the drawstring pinstripe pants.
