The film stars a workaholic young executive, played by Kristen Bell, who is left at the alter on her wedding day. When her estranged father, played by Kelsey Grammer, makes a surprise appearance at the wedding, the two then drown their sorrows with a night of heavy drinking, which ultimately leads to a father-daughter cruise that was originally booked as a honeymoon getaway. During the trip, the two begin to sort out their issues and renew their appreciation for family and life in general.

Also starring Seth Rogen, Like Father is due out on Netflix August 3.
