Nike is ready for spring. Its latest Killshot 2 sneaker proves it.

The brand's newest Killshot 2 sneaker is in full bloom, featuring floral-patterned uppers that are more than ready for spring rotations. The design is also elderly in a way, resembling the classic upholstery you might catch at a grandmother's house.

And I say this as a compliment. Menswear's favorite Nike shoe typically sticks to solid colors and traditional fabrics. So, seeing the Killshot 2 go beyond its comfort zone with a vibrant floral design is quite refreshing.

And it's not alone. There have been a few sneakers to go grandma here lately, including Salomon's trail sneakers and New Balance's dad shoes designed by musician Jack Harlow. Grandma's swag on kicks? A match made in sneaker heaven? Maybe so.

Beyond the meadow of flowers, the rest of the Killshot's design is pretty textural, featuring creamy off-white moments, a crisp tongue, and smooth leather Swoosh. Nice.

There's no hard release date for the new Nike Killshot 2s. However, the floral pairs are expected to drop at Nike during the springtime. Of course.
