Editor's Notes: 2023 is shaping up to be the perfect year if you've caught the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 bug.

Sneakerheads the world over will be more than familiar with the silhouette that took center stage in Samuel Ross' A-COLD-WALL remix that stunned the market back in 2018. Making waves thanks to the industrial-inspired clip that decorated the heel, ACW teed up several colorways, including the extremely desirable "Solarized" finish.

Towards the end of 2022, Nike made it very clear that it would be showing the silhouette some renewed love, spotlighting a series of upcoming colorways.

As the year drew to a close, the first few colorways touched down across several retailers, comfortably settling back into the mainstream.

Although the current selection is limited, there is plenty more to come. While the next release still looks to be a couple of months away, the Swoosh is already spotlighting new looks due later in the year.

A pairing of brown tones and a pale blue-grey, this look is already proving a hit on social media, further highlighting the versatility of the sneaker. Although grey maintains a presence in this palette, the hefty use of brown marks the first real departure from greyscale looks for the sneaker's comeback. Buckle in – this is the year of the Zoom Vomero 5.
