What We’re Saying: Virgil Abloh’s love for football has been well-documented, from his World Cup collaboration with Nike to his own playing days during his youth and college years. Now the Louis Vuitton creative director has released a pair of Mountain Cleats via his Off-White™ label.

The Mountain Cleats are technically off-field shoes, but are so strongly inspired by retro leather football boots, that you could almost wear them on the pitch. The outsole is more than treaded, as it features studs of various shapes and sizes. The buffed leather upper looks to be inspired by adidas Predator boots of years past, while a white Off-White™ arrow logo completes the look.
