Rihanna just made low-rise mini-skirts a maternity staple. For her first Mother's Day as a mom-to-be, the Bad Gal stepped out wearing a chain mail version of the viral Miu Miu set (yes, that set), marking another major moment in her well-documented maternity style tour.

She appears to have worn look 24 from Miu Miu's Fall/Winter 2022 runway show: a glittery crop top and belted low-rise skirt, worn over a logo bra and briefs.

Putting a customized spin on the ensemble, Rih and her team shortened the knee-length skirt, transforming it into a micro-mini. And instead of pairing the look with Miu Miu's Wander bag and ballet flats, she opted for bejeweled heels, Balenciaga's Hourglass purse, and a furry topper.

From Paloma Elsesser to Nicole Kidman to Lorde, it seems everyone in Hollywood has donned the Miu Miu set in some shape or form. Shockingly, Rih isn't even the first to prove that pregnancy goes well with Miu Miu — in April, Shay Mitchell wore the ultra-cropped combo in an editorial for Numero Netherlands.

Still, Rihanna is the first to take Miu Miu's crystal-encrusted version of the viral 'fit for a spin in public. Here's hoping she'll keep the look for her archives and break it out again for a postpartum serve. After all, Rih isn't above an outfit repeat — remember when she reintroduced us to Saint Laurent's heart-shaped shrug?
