Stone Island has singlehandedly made summer 2020 with its new terrycloth poncho. What in theory should be a hideous item, is actually the perfect streetwear staple for hype beasts quarantining at home.

With most of the world stuck at home for the foreseeable future, we're in dire need of quarantine-upgraded loungewear. And Stoney just came through with its Spring/Summer 2020 “bathrobe” – which looks more like a hooded cape or roadman poncho.

The cotton robe is loose-fitting and adjustable on the sides with a kangaroo pocket in the front and a classic Stone Island badge on the chest. The robe gets the washed-out dye treatment in the summer-ready "Lobster Red," with the Italian brand's logo embossed on the rear.

For all the hype beasts who wear sneakers to the beach, or – in the absence of beachside flexing – if you just want to cover up your quar-bod in style, Stone Island's cozy robe is a worthy purchase.

The robe is currently sold out at BSTN, however you can still cop it on  Selfridge’s website for $500.
