Travis Scott has generated a record $34.3 million on his “Astroworld” tour since it began in November last year. According to Billboard, the Houston rapper has sold 485,659 tickets across the tour’s first 32 dates.
So far, Scott has overtaken J. Cole, who grossed $25.2 million, Post Malone ($20.9 million), Future ($19.9 million), Childish Gambino ($19.5 million), and Chance the Rapper, who made $17 million on his most recent tour. In fact, only Kendrick Lamar's “DAMN” tour generated more money than “Astroworld.” Lamar brought in $40.7 million on his North America tour.
The thing is, Scott still has a lot more shows left before the tour end on March 26. This means he's on target to pass the $50 million mark, putting him in league with Kanye West ($52.8 million) and JAY-Z ($48.7 million).
The news comes the same week that his 21-year-old girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, was named the youngest self-made billionaire by Forbes Magazine.
