A fan who had fallen from a balcony during Travis Scott's performance this past May at Terminal 5, a New York City music venue in Hell's Kitchen, has just filed a lawsuit against the place and rapper.

The claim states that the fan, Kyle Green, 23, has suffered serious injuries as a result of the fall which have left him dependent on a wheelchair. Green says he suffered a fractured vertebrae, broken wrist and fractured ankle in the fall. After undergoing surgery, he was left paralyzed on the left side of the body, according to the New York Post.

Additionally, Green alleges that he was pushed off by the crowd, after Scott urged fans to jump from the venue's lower balconies. After falling, Scott then ordered his security guards to drag him to the front of the stage, causing further damage to Green's neck, according to the suit.

Footage of that particular fall hasn't been published, although, one video reveals Scott giving his ring to Green who appears to be getting carried out, before saying, “Why the fuck did you do that? I love you, man.”

Representatives for Travis Scott have not responded regarding this matter yet, but said in May that, "Travis Scott is not responsible for the kid who jumped from a 3rd story balcony at his concert ... despite the fact he encouraged people from the 2nd story balcony to jump."
