Artists are denouncing Sweden following the arrest and continued detainment of A$AP Rocky in Stockholm. Many artists have responded with outrage. Nicki Minaj recently expressed her disapproval and shared a negative experience that she once had with law enforcement while performing overseas.

Post Malone recently shared his support for the rapper while Tyler, the CreatorScHoolboy Q, and Lil Yachty pledged to boycott Sweden in solidarity with Rocky.

Rocky will reportedly remain detained until July 19 while he is under investigation for an alleged assault that occurred on June 30. If found guilty, he could face up to six years in jail.

Last week, A$AP Ferg posted on Instagram, claiming Rocky is being held in solitary confinement. Since then fans and peers of the rapper have been posting the #freeflacko hashtag.

In light of recent events, an online petition demanding Rocky be released from Swedish officials has surfaced. For more information about the #JusticeForRocky movement, proceed here. Stay up to speed with the latest developments of this case with our comprehensive timeline of the arrest.
