If there’s one thing visvim is known for, it’s producing high-quality, luxury versions of everyday pieces and classic sneakers.
One such silhouette is visvim’s Skagway Klitie High-Top Sneaker, inspired by another sneaker, the Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star, which we have all come to know and love.
Hiroki Nakamura’s label has now dropped two new iterations of its low-key design. Available in both cream and black colorways, the sneaker features a canvas upper, tonal laces, and lace-up closure, as well as signature buffed leather trim at the toe.
While the design is simple enough, there’s nothing low-key about the price. Coming in at $710, these visvim sneakers are most definitely the luxury version of Converse Chuck Taylor All-Stars. But if you want to stand out, you might just have to pull the trigger and add them to the rotation.
