Wasted Youth's Fall/Winter 2024 collection smells like teen spirit. The Japanese-based brand, which specializes in unisex clothing, released its first collection of the season — and it’s giving us major nostalgia for our moody high school days.

The 21-piece range includes knitwear, hoodies, and a super tough drizzler jacket, all oozing with effortless ennui. The vibe is perfectly summed up by a sweater bearing the phrase: "Don't bother me anymore."

The collection, which will be released on the Human Made website, also includes a T-shirt that reads "I Wasted Youth," another prime example of the youthful angst and edgy malaise that permeates the collection. Think: a mix between Freaks and Geeks and Euphoria that strikes a balance between nonchalance and purposeful cool.

However, the collection’s insouciance doesn't negate its functionality. Pieces like an ear-warming trapper hat and a mock neck puffer prove you don't have to be cold to look cool.

Wasted Youth is the eclectic brainchild of Verdy, a Japanese graphic designer turned streetwear behemoth and the mastermind behind cult favorite apparel brand Girls Don't Cry.

Verdy’s career collabs include sick Levi’s denim, some furlicious Nike dunks, and a sauced-up Budweiser cans — because if you're going to drink fermented yeast, you’d better do it in style.
