Brand: YMC x Farah

Season: SS20

Key Pieces: Anything with the Ethiopian flag palette of red, gold, and green, all of which is a contemporary take on rude-boy subculture.

Release Date: Thursday, March 5

Buy: YMC and Farah

Editor’s Notes: UK brand Farah celebrates its 100th anniversary with a collection done in collaboration with YMC. The offerings tap into both brands' DNA, specifically their affinities to culture on the margins. Farah's association with the British underground — first adopted by the mods, rude boys, and casuals — and YMC’s allegiance to local subcultures illustrates this shared philosophy.

The 15-piece collection includes select items from Farah's historic archive, such as a crop hopsack trouser and tapered denim jeans. Scroll through the gallery above to get a look at the collection and watch the accompanying campaign video below.

Look for the collection to release on Thursday, March 5 at YMC's online shop.
