Fraternal twins Brenn and Jules Lorenzo are changing the face of skateboarding. In 2018, they appeared in Skate Kitchen, an indie drama based on the real Skate Kitchen skateboard collective for young women that the Lorenzo sisters founded. The film first appeared at the Sundance Film Festival and went on to inspire Betty, a spinoff HBO television series that debuted in 2020.

Since then, Brenn and Jules have been recognized by girls the world over for not only breaking into an otherwise male-dominated sport, but for their personal styles. Growing up, the two were heavily involved in sports – from gymnastics to snowboarding – which influences their ’fits today.

We caught up with them in New York City, where they talked to us about growing up playing sports and what projects they’re currently working on, all while creating bold, DIY looks using Revlon’s So Fierce! collection. The collection includes the Prismatic Eye Shadow Palettes, the Big Bad Lash Mascara, the Chrome Ink Liquid Liner, and the Vinyl Eyeliner.

Brenn (in black) and Jules (in green) begin their DIY glam looks using Revlon’s So Fierce! Prismatic Eye Shadow Palettes, rich colors in velvet-smooth textures. While finger-applying the colors to their eyelids, the sisters reflect on twin life and on the many sports they played growing up.

Next, the twins intensify their eyes with the So Fierce! Vinyl Eyeliner that delivers long-lasting, creamy color. Brenn talks about her latest project – music – and working on creating sounds, while Jules discusses her passion for writing. They then amplify their eyes using the So Fierce! Big Bad Lash Mascara and the Chrome Ink Liquid Liner.

Brenn and Jules finish their DIY glam makeup by applying crystals to their eyes for a personalized look. They also add Revlon’s Colorstay Satin Ink, rich lip color with a satin sheen, while opening up about their style influences. Before stepping out, the twins get into their going-out ’fits to complete the look.
